Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To request a return, you can contact us at shapedxservice@gmail.com and provide your order number and a picture of the returning items to us. Once your request is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label. 

As we operate across Europe, North America, and Southeast Asia, with warehouses in Singapore, Germany, the United Kingdom, and the United States, customers may choose to ship their returns to their nearest local warehouse.

Please ensure that the item is securely packaged and sent via a track lable shipping method. Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund accordingly.

Note:

1. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

2. You must contact us within 30 days of receiving the order to return.

3. We accept returns for selected products. Please contact us before returning the item.

However, if the return is initiated by the consumer, they are responsible for the shipping fee, which varies based on the chosen express company. In such cases, consumers should bear the customs duties.

 


Exchange Policy

Eligibility: Exchanges are accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Exchange Process:

1. Contact us at  shapedxservice@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange.

2. If approved, we'll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your item.

Refund Policy

Refund Process:

1. Inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at shapedxservice@gmail.com

2.To request a refund, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

3. If your refund is approved, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

4. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 days. Please note that processing times by your bank or credit card company may affect the actual refund posting time.
